THIS CHRISTMAS

This Christmas Eve, like the rest of the year, will look a little different for us.
Instead of dressing up, we’ll wear pj’s all night.
Instead of going to church, we’ll watch it from home.
Instead of going to a restaurant for dinner, we’ll make dinner at home.
Sure, we’ve had to buck some traditions, but we’re finding joy in adopting new ones.
The kids are spending the day playing tennis.
My hubby is making his mom’s Julekake (Norwegian Christmas bread).
My mom is here and due to a recent knee surgery, she will have no choice but to relax!
Despite the change and challenges of 2020, we have discovered more ways to count our blessings.
From our family to yours, Merry Christmas Eve!
May the spirit of Christmas fill your home with peace, love and joy.️
