Still green after all these years,
It’s been 2 1/2 years since I started drinking celery daily.
I drink a 12 – 16 ounce glass every morning and the benefits are still so worth the investment.
It’s helped my digestion (which had been a problem for years) so my food digests much quicker now.
It’s helped my skin retain moisture and glow (even my esthetician commented on how good my skin looks these days).
It gives me energy, even on my most sluggish days.
I don’t crave sugar nearly as much as I used to.
I drink it first thing in the morning, like the experts recommend, on an empty stomach.
I’m also used to the taste, which doesn’t bother me at all as long as I have ice in my glass.
I prefer drinking it cold rather than room temperature.
It’s not for everyone.
It’s certainly an acquired taste and the juicing does take a few minutes with clean up.
But if you’re up for trying something new – which for me has been a game-changer – it’s worth a shot … or glass.
