I spent a lot of time yesterday reflecting on my journey and sharing some of the messy and sometimes painful parts of life that have helped shape who I am.
To share my story with others who are willing to share their own is cathartic, emotional, and pretty powerful when you realize just how many shared experiences we have.
After a year of introspection, angst, appreciation and growth, it’s become so obvious that failure is a success when we learn from it.
