Gina and I met in the high school freshman registration line when my mom struck up a conversation with her and realized Gina and I had something in common: both of us were new to the school and didn’t know anyone. So, naturally, my mom suggested we become friends — and the rest is history
From boyfriends and track to cheerleading and those unforgettable “runaway from home” moments (when we’d “runaway” to each other’s houses, haha!), we shared so many great memories.
I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it through high school without her
