Thank you to the Valle del Sol Hispanic Leadership Institute for inviting me to join the Líderes Latinas Panel & Mixer, celebrating legacy and resiliency, with a distinguished group of fellow HLI alumnae and friends.
As a graduate of HLI (class of 2004), I enjoyed having meaningful conversations about how our HLI experience helped shape us as leaders, the importance of mentorship, the challenge of the work-life balance, and the significance of using our platforms to amplify the ongoing need for representation in rooms and at tables.
