This year, Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona celebrates its milestone 40th year of providing homes for families who might not otherwise experience home ownership.
I was once again honored to serve as emcee for this year’s Blueprints and Blue Jeans gala, which turned into a grand night of fun and fundraising.
Congratulations to the evening’s honorees: Corporate Habitat Hero Discover Financial Services and Mary Pat and Kevin McCarthy, who were named individual habitat heroes. They’ve supported Habitat for years, changing many lives with their generosity.
The always amazing Subyn lit up the room with a lively game of heads or tails and a live auction of incredible experiences, which included a coveted paella dinner at the beautiful home of our friends Mark and Isabel Candelaria.
Big thank you to all the Habitat for Humanity volunteers in attendance for their work in building the security, safety, and freedom from financial worry that so many families have experienced over the years.
