KEEP MOVING

KEEP MOVING!
I’ve had 3 eye surgeries and 5 neck procedures since February – but I’m still moving! Even when the docs told me post procedures that all I could do for a week was walk –  I did – sometimes as much as 6 miles a day.
Why? Well, I love to exercise! It makes me happy.
I also prioritize it because it makes me feel good mentally, spiritually, and physically.
I also realize that at 55, it’s more important than ever for me to keep moving.
As one of my hot yoga instructors said in class recently, “Showing up for yourself and your body every day is a decision.”
I strongly believe the decision to remain mobile and active will serve me well for many years to come.
And – it fills me with positive energy

Special thanks to Frequency 108 Yoga for the daily, heated motivation to stay balanced.
